Harrisburg Academy welcomes students, teachers visiting from China

A new cultural opportunity at the Harrisburg Academy is kicking off for the very first time.

Seventeen students and two educators from China were welcomed to the Capital City to learn American curriculum with local students.

The academy is hosting the guests all week long through the “International Baccalaureate Program,” a program that nurtures and brings global awareness on the core principles of promoting international mindedness.

Chinese students visit Camp Hill for cultural education

A school in Camp Hill just added 17 new students.

Harrisburg Academy, located in Camp Hill, Cumberland County, welcomed a group of students from China today. They are visiting the school this week as part of an educational and cultural opportunity.

The students will be sitting in on classes by day, and spending time with host families each night.The goal is to understand the differences between China and the U.S.
