A local family foundation is pumping big bucks into a grassroots efforts for neighborhood revival.

Ray D’Agostino with the Lancaster Housing Opportunity Partnership, or LHOP, talking about the significant changes brought about in one Lancaster neighborhood through tens of thousands of dollars in grant funds from the High Foundation.
“It’s about empowerment right? It’s about being catalytic,” D’Agostino said. “It was the residents who came together and said these are the things that we believe we need to do in this neighborhood to turn things around.”
